_The Visigoth Villain _
A tale of Pillage, Plunder, and Wanton Indiscretion
To the esteemed citizen's of Rome and the Civilized world,
It is with great trepidation that I, your trusted societal philosopher take up my pen to regale you with truths of the most scandalous sort.
For I have it on the highest authority that the Visigoth King Alaric I, first of his kind, is a man of rather unsettling habits. As you all are aware I
collect my information from several little bird's who fly throughout the most populated and even in the countryside. I hear all of your thoughts
dear readers, most of which are said on a breeze. I have heard frequently of the Barbarian like behaviors exhibited by King Alaric.
Rumor has it, dear readers, it seems that Alaric's conquests are not limited to the battlefield. Oh no, this Visigoth King has a reputation for
being cunning and skilled in the bedroom as he is on the battlefield. They say that he has a veritable harem of beauties at his beck and call, and
that his, shall we say appetites, are as voracious as his ambition.
But Alas, dear readers, it seems that Alaric's passions are not limited to the fairer sex. I have it on good authority, that he has been known
to indulge in certain.....unseemly vices, the likes of which would make even, the most jaded of Roman Citizens blush.
And yet, despite his many and varied transgressions, King Alaric remains a figure of fascination, and even admiration among certain segments
of our society. It has been said, Alaric's insidious and charming nature inspires loyalty and devotion in his followers.
However, my fellow citizens, am not so easily swayed. For I know, that beneath the surface of King Alaric's charm lies a heart of a darkness, that
the mind would not understand and the eyes will not see until ones last breath. A man driven by his basest desires and most selfish ambitions.
And so, dear readers, I leave you with what may only be the beginning of this cautionary tale, beware: Alaric King of Visigoths, is a man of great
dangers and many deceits.
